Hi Bren,

Great to hear your progress!  Taking care of your body and mind is the foundation for good health & well-being.
And, Timself makes a good point in using exercise as a way to reward yourself.  Release those endorphins!

Good for you Bren!

Exercise is great. For me, everything is an excuse to exercise. Feeling down, exercise. Feeling great, exercise to celebrate. Have a cold, exercise to clear your head. Have a broken leg ... well maybe not for a broken leg.

I am feeling better as the days go along, doing my exersize, walking a mile a day now..today,i felt more energy, and almost myself again!
My thinking has improved alot as i try to only think positivly...
I am learning how to relax more, and not get so stressed.
Getting out more when i can, talking to neighbors, and friends...
I am also sleeping better..
Bren
