My anger is contributing, along with carpal tunnel syndrome, to broken plates when I wash them, and am thinking about something which is irritating me. I could downsize more productively. Maybe using a time period for anger, another for worry...so many issues, so little time for living, loving...and I just finished a mindfulness course;)
