Welcome, Larz,
Thank you for sharing your story with us. There are many people within this support group that share the same questions and concerns as you. We are all a group of individuals who support each other and you are not alone!

Are you doing the program? Are you under the care of a doctor? If you look to the left of the screen under "TOOLS" you will find many supportive tests.  These tests are not diagnostic tools and are not a replacement or substitute for a physician's advice. The purpose of these tests is to prepare you with information that you can present to your physician. When you're finished the test, you can either print your Final Report or email it directly to your doctor.

The Panic program is 12-weeks and involves the tools mentioned above.  Each session is based on the previous session, so we strongly advise that you work slowly through the program and not jump ahead. These tests may or may not be for you but they are free.

Please continue to strive forward and lean on us for support.

HI Larz.

Not really, just one of a large number of people with a control phobia.

Welcome to the site.

Here for you,

So, I have no idea what to put here...so am just gonna wing it. I live in the USA. I had my first panic attack when I was 8, I was in an unhealthy family situation and couldn't see the end. The attacks stopped for a while after I got out and was placed in foster care. When I was 12, I was raped by a foster brother and the attacks started again. I was adopted when I was 15 and I love my new family, but I still feel anxious and nervous all the time. I can't stand the dark, loud noises or anywhere with a lot of people that could possibly touch me.

Yup, I'm pretty much a disaster.
