Hi Katie & welcome to the group. It has really helped me just knowing that I'm not alone in this. My breathing is my biggest problem during an attack. It is the first thing I notice & I'm convinced if I could just change my breathing patterns I could get this under control. I have practiced breathing techniques & other things but that continues to be my big thing..BREATHING. So I know where your coming from. Anyway I hope you like this site & feel better soon. Chanda

I'm Katie. I'm nineteen. I have had panic disorder since i was thirteen. I have been through a lot of medications and therapy, but right now I am on paxil cr and xanax. I only have panic attacks about breathing. i think about my breathing everyday throughout most of the day, sometimes this leads to panic attacks. i hope this site can help me.
