The IE Worksheet.

Tess, The IE worksheet are scenarios with which you can do exposure work with. Please don't be too hard on yourself. Exposure work is to be done slowly. Progress is also made one baby step at a time. You were able to walk around your house with less help, that is progress! Keep going, you're doing great! Danielle _______________________ The PC Support Team

Hi, I started my exposure work (finally) today, and was able to walk around my house in more open spaces with less help. Maybe I did not read the instructions properly, or I read them to hastily, but what is the IE worksheet for? How do I use it? Sorry to seem to dumb.
