Hello Bren. I use journaling also for helping me with my anxiety and depression. I am just curious. You said you have a diary online. Right now, and besides posting on this forum, I am writing directly on word but keeping this words just for me.

What service do you use for your journal on the net?

My day was good yesterday, stayed positive, got some house work done,,took a long hot bath, got a rub down, went to bed early as i was tired, and couple hrs later, wide awake with anxiety!!!!
So,i got up,made some hot teat, took a half of an ativan, and wrote in my journal on the net..chatted with some online friends, and finally went back to bed..feel asleep, and slept all night from then on..
I did not let the anxiety get the best of me,i took charge, and made up my mind to treat it,and forget it,and get busy doing somthing more enjoyable..so it worked!
I am sure tired today, but iam ok!!
Bren
