Discouraged: Panic Attacks at School

Today was a very frustrating day; and panicky. I yelled at someone today, which is completely out of character for me to do to someone I don't know extremely well, and rare anyway with the few I know intimately. I yelled at this person because first he was being disrespectful and not listening to the sub. teacher I'm working with this week. Then, he was intentionally distracting other kids.
