Dumpling, I am glad to have found this site. I don't know what I would do without the support that all of you offer. Your responses are insightful and comforting, something that I would not able to receive from friends or relatives without draining their energy and bringing them down also. I would like to thank you dumpling, wildcat, daily llama and the support group for all your replies!!!!! You all really know how to give. It is a pleasure to meet all of you.

Dumpling ... I agree that this forum is a wonderful support! I agree, too, that the timing thing on the chat is unfortunate. You've been a great help to me as well, Dumpling. Our talks have stirred up so much sh*t that I've had to take some time out. :) That is so valuable to me! After drifting along for too much time, I've got way off course and having people like you and DLlama to talk to, I'm finding my way back. Maybe we ought to set up some times when everyone is available to meet in the chat? I know other places that do that successfully. I can be around anytime, pretty much. It's up to you working folk to say when. :)

Hi Dumpling, Oh how i identify with you. I also thank you. Your posts back to me have kept me hanging on when i have been in the ship that was sinking so fast I never thought that I could be saved. I also know that I have a long way to go, am still having bad days and not so bad days. I have, through the help from the people on this site had the odd good day which i never thought was possible a couple of months back. So with the ever increasing pressure of the festive season upon us, I will have a drink on Christmas day to say thank you to you and all of those who have posted to me and kept me alive and with some hope of a future. What that future will bring who knows, but i will continue to fight the black hole and aim to be a stronger person. I know that I am sronger than i was a couple of months ago, and I most certainly know, without a doubt, that i wouldnt be this way if it were not for you guys. Keep swimming dumpling, dont drown, despite the time difference we are all here for you. Tell us whats happening to you just now. Why are you so low today? Shame we cant meet up for a good proper chat. take care, x

Dumpling You know, I think you're doing a great job on yourself. I can read it in your posts. This site is great for depressives like us... a terrific present to the members would be for an IM system that is glitch-less! But nevermind! It is a godsend as it is...

Sometimes you need a lifeline. A stranger willing to be a friend. Not an impersonal suicide line. Not someone who is going to judge you. Not a relative who will feel trapped in the middle. Not a friend who may not be able to support you. And NOT a husband who loves you so much that it hurts him to know how bad things are. Over the last 4 months this site has offered me that. It is frustrating because the conversations are rarely simultaneous. The chat is a great idea that rarely works because we are in different time zones with different schedules. I just want you all to know that you have been a help. You have kept me hanging on when I am down and when I am relatively OK perhaps I have helped some of you. I know I need more help than I am currently getting, but I am so far behind in my obligations as it is that I haven't got time to seek it. When you are drowning it is hard to build the boat.
