If you go to your session diary using the button at the top, beside the logout button then you should see the other features. Once there, use the "click here" hyperlink to read the CBT program. Be sure to take notes as you cannot return to completed pages.

Thanks, its been a long time since he passed. I was 14 when he died. My question is, how does this site work? I can only seem to Is that all I do?

Welcome to the group. I am glad you found us. I am sorry to read about the death of your father and the ongoing depression. 


The program and the support group here is a great place to start. The program is based on cognitive behaviour therapy principles which is considered the gold standard treatment for depression.

I'm not really sure what to say. I really want things to change, but not sure how to do it. I've struggled with depression since my father died when I was 14.
