Hi Con234,

I'm so sorry to hear you are feeling this way. I know it doesn't help much but know that this will pass - this is just temporary and you will get through this. We will be here to listen whenever you need us.

Have you talked to anyone about how you feel recently? When it comes to Depression, don't try to take it on alone. You need support and treatment. This program can help, it is based on cognitive behaviour therapy principles which is a proven effective treatment method for depression. This program is intended for individuals with mild to moderate depression.  It does require a bit of reading and homework but if you put the work in you will see results. Right now it might be hard to even think about doing anything but try to take it slowly and read the sessions in small portions.

How are you feeling now?

Your not in this alone!

Hi everyone
I'm new here, but not to depression.
I have basically been depressed all my life.
In the past I have been able to function at a pretty good level.  I'm a pretty good actress, but the last two years, last four months I have been a basket case.
Going back to bed now.  maybe write more later.
