Hi Sara I have tried this quite a while back and didn't really feel better. I spoke to my house doctor about this as I didn't want to go back on the medication. She suggests that it does have side effects which are not disclosed on the pamphlet. If you have any physical problems you should not take them without the knowledge of your doctor.
