These are spammers. They have one job on hand, gain access to these forums and post their stuff. Some use Bots some physical human beings, nevertheless, they dont care about the purpose of these forums, their only goal is to advertise their site/product. We have the same problem thats why the first post has to be authorized by moderators. Sometimes genuine posts get delayed, but its a toss up.

Hi Lynn,

I used a translator also. It is a little scary that some persons use this platform for something else.

I hope the tech department can do something about it.

Happy Thanksgiving!

hors controle,

I have the same concern and was going to contact the site but ran into the same problem.  Hopefully someone from the support team will reply with a solution to this issue.

Hi Ashley,

I am trying to contact AHC and when I click on the link down the page, it brings me to a site where there is a lot of icon about many different subjects. How can I express a concern about some participants?

You are very welcome. If you work on the program, I would love how you do with it.

Hope to read more from you soon,

Thank you so much for the thoughtful advice. I’ll definitely take a look at the website. 5 days in and the anxiety is gradually fading but I can’t seem to let little things get to me. Hopefully the CBT will help.

Thank you again!

Hi 4me,

Anxiety is very common while trying to quit drinking. Just staying away from alcohol will help lessen the anxiety gradually. In the mean time, exercise is a great way to cope with anxiety. I also recommend abdominal breathing, mindfulness and writing your thoughts down. You may also want to look into herbal teas and bubble baths .

Cognitive Behaviour Therapy is the best treatment for anxiety. You may want to check out our sister site: EvolutionHealth.care. I recommend you actually complete the depression program instead of the panic program as I think it will help you.  In my opinion, CBT can be helpful to anyone.

Day 2 here and started the day well with an exercise class. Then a supposed friend ignored me and I confided in another friend who wasn’t very supportive. Now my thoughts and paranoia are spiralling. I feel like a teenager right now and terrified I’m going to turn back to the bottle.

Any suggestions on how to deal with these thoughts, anxieties, friends?

Thank you in advance!
