You are right!  There doesn't seem to be a lot of postings and it is very helpful.  I have made a point of making several posts today that I hope that people find useful.  I am having difficulty completing the worksheets.  I started off great and with it, had a lot of hope but that has slowed down.  I will work on it though!  I will work on "The Happiness Advantage" technique to see if I can retrain my brain - that's under another post.  btw, I notice that you list yoga as a hobby.  Is there a "do it yourself" type thing that I could try at home?  Thanks & I hope that you are doing well.

I have been noticing the activity of depression center has been slowing down, with few posts, which could be also an indicator that few people are following the program. It is a shame because this is a wonderful program which has the additional bonus of being free. Maybe one of the reasons is that CBT works more as a preventive measure, and we all know that normally we have other priorities that need immediate attention and preventive measures are left behind.
