You are most definatly not alone! I have felt that way for a very long time and now actually don't feel that way. I don't know if this will be any help but journaling helps alot. Getting things down on paper just seems to makes things alot clearer for me.
And you're right, you're not alone! You've come to a great place with a lot of supportive members. Take your time and get started through the program. You'll find a lot of great information and the follow up surveys are equally important so please ensure to complete them.
And joining this site is part of it. I want to live, and live happily, even.
Sometimes that resolution seems easy; most days it's a rough hike towards the night, when I can finally take medicines to fall asleep.
I am amess with supportive parents, siblings, a boyfriend, a therapist. But they cannot understand what it is like to live out my day, wishing I were unconscious. None of us understand why I cannot get better.
So I am glad to be joining everyone here. Browsing the forums, I already feel a little less alone.
