Hi Danielle, Yes, a good idea. I am just stuck with session 3. I really can not find any goal, so I also can not do any treatment plan to achive "my goal" :-( really no idea... can anyone give any input? It seems, I have almost everything: I am lucky, as I have a job. Lucky, as I have a nice partner and a nice family. Just no friends. No pets and no chance to get pets, unfortunately. thanks for any idea.. perth

Good afternoon members! This thread offers you a chance to ask questions about your CBT homework. Facing any obstacles? Need further clarification? Feeling overwhelmed? Post and tell us what you're having difficulty with. We can help and learn from each other! Danielle ____________________ The DC Support Team
