FOR YOUR SUPPORT THIS WEEK!!!
I am Craving really bad at the moment!
Just finished a bag of popcorn and get a bit worry about putting on weight! Had a fight with eldest teenage son and always when i get upset i have turned into having a smoke.
Its really annoying relating to smoke when doing things, such as getting upset or driving car etc
The cigarettes are really haunting me at the moment in everything I do .....> Like that

Hi junebug and everyone else

I have been trying 7-8 times in 26 years, however I do think it is still possible. With right support and determination..
Jubebug DO NOT GIVE IN>> WE are all here for your support.
I too felt as a failure and a loser a few post in here and i realised this forum is the way to go-> talking to others who really know what we are going through!
See as a learning curve--we learn to smoke-REALLY the really first cigarette you had --DO you remember that one??
DID you cough ?? or did you enjoy your very first one??
I doubt it--I coughed my lungs out- got nausea and a headspin!!
But i kept learning the cool moves > I was 14 then..
NOW!! We have to unlearn that behaviour..
Have faith...
