Fear of death anxiety

Easy, I am not sure if you will get this but I would like to get in touch with you. My young brother passed away a few months ago at the age of 14 and I have been having a terrible time and I experience the exact same thing that you are going through. I used to have death anxiety all the time many years back and was finally able to deal with it and his death brought it all back to me again.

Effoxor xl/xr withdrawal

It is by far the worst med I have ever come off of and if somebody had told me I never would have taken it. Anyway it took me about 3 weeks to get over the really bad brain zaps and dizziness. Good luck to you!! I have read that dramamine can help. Also, I had the doc prescribe me a month of Prozac and that helps to ease some of the symptoms. Sorry you have to go through this too.
