I absolutely love this idea!!! I bought a hula hoop. Not just any hula hoop but it is bigger (than the kid one's), weighted (only 1 pound), and has red sparkles (my favorite part) on it I have been hula hooping for 2 days (which I admit is kind of dorky looking) and my abs already feel stronger and slimmer. And, it makes me feel like a kid again
You can totally do this! And just think how great you will fee after the whole process is done and you are still smoke free!!! As ojmas said, smoking will do nothing to relieve your stress. If you smoked, you would be couped up in the court house unpatiently waiting to get the whole thing over with thinking about having a smoke. Instead, you will be smoke free thinking about how you are going to kick some ash and get what you deserve!
I actually appreciate your unconventional and controversial posts! They always make me step back and think. Keep it up
p.s. I have never used the excuse that it fell from the sky but I have used some pretty embarassing excuses as to why I started or kept smoking I think I was trying to push the responsiblity on to something or someone else. But, once I accepted responsiblity the quitting process became a bit more bearable. And, since this quit is all on me, all of the successes and rewards are also on me
Sparky, I am really looking forward to this bonfire
I will bring Toffee Apples. I have never had them before but I googled some bonfire recipes (b/c my imagination is fried right now from all the studying) and they look yummy. You skewer an apple, roast, roll in a bowl of sugar and return to roasting until sugar melts and caramelizes. Sounds simple enough
I will throw in unrealistic school assignments, miserable weather, cranky partners, late night family phone calls when I have to wake at 6am (the phone calls not the family members ), outdated wardrobe, empty bank accounts, bags under my eyes, and smelly people at the gym.
That should get the fire going. Unfortunately, all my cds are in storage but I can bring my harmonica
This fire is a roaring (must be that ex-husband)! Loving the music, the dancing, and the food
I'll keep the fire going: throwing in an unorganized house, nightmares, dry skin from the cold weather, bruises on my hips from hula hooping, and shin splints.
I will bring a thermos of hot chocolate and some marshmallows
Charm, I have also been suffering from a sweet tooth I really don't need to consume extra calories right now ... good thing that everything is zero calories on here Here are my additions:
