stuck on treatment goals

My depression was once more debilitating, but following therapy (and lots of trial/error), I've become pretty diligent about doing what makes me feel better (exercise, volunteering, painting, meditation, seeing friends). But I am still very anxious, depressed (scored 70-80 on initial test) and have difficulty concentrating and focusing. Work is still a real challenge and would seem a good place to set some treatment goals. (I was a staff writer and quit my job because of depression, now I freelance.) But I'm afraid to set goals around work because I'm already so anxious and feel like such a failure. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

OK. will try to think of some goals and break them down so they're small enough. Thanks for the other link, wouldn't have thought of that. tx
