I haven't been here that long either but I find that this program is helping. Just knowing that there are others to share with made me feel better and it will do the same for you. :)

I'll be looking that up right now . I'm on Clonazepam. I tried to wean off at one time and was succeeding but then my anxiety came back. I find Clonazepam very addictive and it also messes up my short term memory and makes me constipated which I hate but I haven't found a better alternative. The SSRI anti-depressants used for anxiety don't work for me at all either. :)
