Tension tremors

I have been experiencing tremors for about a year now. My doctors tell me that it is anxiety. I went to see a neurologist and he preformed a MRI. It was clear. The tremors are small they are not like Parkinson tremors, they are like a ?shake?. I also have facial tingling that drives me nutty. This all started about a year ago when I was taking Cipro for an infection that I had. I woke up one night in a panic, thinking that I was going to die. My heart was racing and I was in a cold sweat. These panic attacks went on until I had the MRI, now I only have them once and a while. But the tremors and the facial tingling are still present. Weird dreams are also present. I never really dreamt a lot until I started having these attacks. Now I have real intense dreams to the point where I wake-up and can?t believe that I was asleep. I feel that most of my symptoms are related to lack of sleep. Feelin crazy More to come.
