My first 50 days!!!!!

Thanks for ideas guys. I'll think about what to get. I might go for something I always wanted but I'll spend some time having a good think what I really want. Maybe I'll go for a nice watch. For some reason I want the first year to go by..... well I should just enjoy life and be patient because time flys by anyway and my year milestone will come and go before I realize anything...

here we go again

Hi Joseph. Well if I understand correctly you must have quit for 8 or nine years. Well welcome back from me too. With what you achieved you should be supporting most of the people here and advising us. Anyway I sincerely hope that you made the decision and have quit again because from what I see you started this thread a few weeks ago. You are well aware of all the benefits of quitting and how much better life is when one is free from the nico demon. Plus you know smoking gives us nothing, there is no reason to smoke, zero benefits :) Thank God it doesn't even make us feel better. Sadly we must always remember NOPE.. Ok sadly you fell into the trap but you can get back up on your horse and ride away no problem. If you haven't already then quit again and do it for yourself. Let us know how you are coming along. ... John

Hi everyone! ;)

Hi Feko. I'm glad you made a good decision and decided to stop smoking. from what I see you are already on day 5 :) I'll repeat my personal philosophy to you. If you can go three days without smoking than you can go a lifetime without it. you my friend have already achieved that. just take one day at a time and enjoy and celebrate every single day, that's what I did. I went from 50 a day to zero no problem on my second attempt and sadly I had been smoking for 24 years. just remember not to smoke ever again. you will see life is a lot better after you quit and mark my words, soon the day will come when you will not even think about smoking anymore. Keep up the good work and feel free to ask for advice whenever you feel you need it. John
