just to let everyone know... i made it to work hahaha!! why does it seem that everyone and their aunt and uncle is smoking today?  Though it is making it a bit harder, the smell after being free for 4 yeah days and the bright sunshine is helping my mood... if i make it home tonight, then i have a big step done!!!

its been 3 days

hi!!!
do i change the title to it's been 6 days haha!!! i was a bit quiet last night and this morning i had a fitting (sorry i work in fashion) and i got so annoyed and a bit pissy, but since i have just accepted all of this i coped instead of gave up...even though  it was a mental struggle.

did a high level spin class (so gaining weight isn't a reason to slip) it killed me i wanted to chuck and the rest of the evening all i felt was oh my...my lungs feel so weak!!  why was i doing all that damage to myself!!!!

so good times through the ruff times...my local support as well as this site and my daily blog (fahionablemomo.blogspot.com)
i have defn had moments...but the fact that i am getting ready to spend my first summer smoke free is kinda exciting!!!!

Approaching my 5km goal

seriously impressed!!!  i remember during one of my "previous" quits i wanted to run the nyc marathon - not to finish just to run...i had no faith in myself then...concidering how i failed myself then, it might be an interesting new goal!  thanks for showing it possible!!! you mentor you!!

For the past few days i have been wiped after work...barely making it to 5 wanting to sleep on the subway home (than goodnessi don't drive) it's a deep exhaustion... did anyone else feel this.  when i smoked i would work for hours, always be hyper... complete fired up...i like being off the walls so to say...any suggestion (and yes i am abusing the candy so this might be a candy crash...but i ate tons of candy drank way too many coffees ate once a day horriblness while smoking...)
