Yes, some call it stinking thinking. But, we don't have to be caught in that vicious cycle. I found the solution in AA. Working the 12 steps after admitting that I can't stay away from alcohol, I have been alcohol free for 9 years. 27th will be my 9th anniversary. Cool deal. You can also do it.

It seems that I am either thinking about drinking, or thinking about not to drink. These days. I wish sometimes I had never touched, or met alcohol. It's like it has woven it's self into the fabric of my life. I guess in a few years of not touching the damn thing it will dissipate, and I will be free. Free at last. Now back to reality. I guess today is a small step towards that freedom.
