Well done!  Keep doing those things that are other than drinking.  That is what has worked for me.  I have a mental list of things to do if I have difficulty and just pick one.  They are mundane even boring but they do the trick until the craving passes.

I woke up today and realized that I had made it through my first week of sobriety and I was so excited. This week has been wonderful. I've been exercising, eating right, staying busy and I feel better mentally and physically. It is the best feeling to wake up and not be sick or tired. I can't say that the cravings have not been there, but I have managed to take my mind off of them and occupy myself in other ways. I'm actually kind of having fun trying to find things to do besides drinking, it's a challenge and keeps me busy.  I am so looking forward to week two, going to continue to take it one day at a time.
