Welcome Patsyelle,

|Good for you for coming here and deciding you need to take action. That takes strength and courage.

It is amazing you did not drink for 5 months!  You had a slip and that is ok.  Slips happen.  The important thing is you learned from it and you are now ready to change.  Work through the program and come here to post often.  We are here to support you.  How do you plan on keeping yourself motivated?

I've just signed on - actually rejoin.  I did join up a some time ago and after quitting for 5 months thought I could have an occasional drink.  Since then my drinking has escalated and I'm back where I started. I've been through this cycle more than once.  So once again I am looking for motivation and support.  I am ready to acknowledge that occasional drinking is not an option for me - I really need to quit altogether.
Thanks in advance.
Patsyelle
