Congrats Carlos!

Sounds like you are doing amazing. I like all your little reinforcement tricks.

All those withdrawal symptoms will pass. Try to drink a bit more water as this my help with the headaches, cravings and constipation.

Day 7 and going Strong!!!  Added an new item to my AM routine.  Each AM I put a non-smoking star on my calendar, $2 in my quit kitty for a massage when there is enough.  Two days ago I started moving down my row of perfumes and giving myself a spritz of a different one each AM as part of the ritual now that I can really smell them.  When I get a craving I smell my wrist and feel encouraged.  Also I seem to be able to see better at times :)

Just wish the headaches, grouchiness, constipation, broken sleep patterns and Cravings would end.  All in good time I guess.  Have started bringing up brown mucus...my lungs are getting rid of the tar!!!  Unpleasant but Joyful :)
