Kayala you are so right...life is an ongoing series of challenges. Some are much tougher than others but smoking NEVER helped resolve any problem. It only creates them. Good job staying strong under pressure.

Kayla,
You have the right attitude! Keep going strong and let us know how we can help. This is the best place to come to. You are right life is always going to through us curves and it is how we duct them that matters! We all have to keep in mind that smoking that cig won't change the situation, it is still going to be there when we get back from our smoke, so why bother! We are all stronger for not smoking that cig and we feel much better about ourselves.
So keep on going!
:)

Hi Everyone,
Just wanted to let you know I'm still going strong!! I've been dealing with alot of relationship and family issues that made me crave a cig but I didn't smoke and I'm stronger for it. I now know that no matter how bad it gets I can get through it without smoking!!
Life is always going to throw challenges our way it's just finding a new way to deal with it without smoking. I should buy stock in Kleenex :)Just reading these post has helped a great deal. 14 days and going strong!! Thanks everyone I owe you my life!!!
