Hi Beth!

Welcome :)

Does your panic attacks get triggered by thoughts or certain situations? Is this your first time experiencing panic or have you experienced it before?  I found doing exposure extremely helpful but probably the most difficult since every cell in your body wants to run, run, run away lol.

Welcome Beth46,

I am glad you found us. I am sorry to hear you have been getting panic attacks. How have you been trying to calm down when you are experiencing a panic attack?

Hi,
I wanted to introduce myself to the group.  My name is Beth and I am 46 from Massachusetts.  I have been getting bad panic attacks especially during the night and it makes it hard for me to sleep.
I stumbled upon this website doing a search and I look forward to getting the help I need as well as helping others.
