Make this time of year special on your terms

Hi Ashley,

I'm feeling really happy :)  My holiday plans are celebrating Christmas early, because my daughter is coming this Friday night and will go back to Virginia this Sunday night.  So, I'm just looking forward to having a cozy celebration with my immediate family and pets :)  I'll plan good meals and have some cookies or treats.  I just think it's going to be nice and relaxing and really fun.  There have been a lot of positive things happening in my life, lately, and I am focusing on them.  And, I am continuing to read positive books, daily, and it really is keeping me in a good mood.  I hope everyone will have a chance to relax and enjoy the moment instead of being stressed and rushed.  Sunny reminds me to self care and now is a good time to practice it :)  I wish everyone the best holiday season ever.

It is that time of year!

How are you feeling?
What are some memories that are coming up for you? €¨€¨Focus on the positive and keep to your resolve.  Take a great memory and dwell on it.  Don’t believe the hype, make your presents, have a small gathering, go for a Christmas walk.  It is a great time of year, but it has to be great for you, so make it what you want.Do certain situations trigger you?  Stay away and create your own situation, use your coping mechanisms. Feel the actual holiday spirit and make this about you and your loved ones.
Start your own tradition and move forward, this will be a memory to look back on.
What are your holiday plans?
