Discovering your negative core beliefs are not as hard as you might think. Just keeping track can be eye-opening.

Usually, negative core beliefs include feelings of inadequacy, incompetence, inferiority or loss. For example:

•    I’m a loser
•    I’m broken
•    Nobody cares about me
•    People are mean

This week we invite you to keep track of your negative core beliefs and share your results here! Next week we will give you a form to help you further refine your tracking.
