Way to go Pappy!!!  Your quit journey is going really good for you, congratulations! "my approach has been one of taking it in small steps vs. thinking about how I will feel about it tomorrow. One minute, one hour, one day at a time." That's how it's done, one step at a time. Hell....complete, heck week....complete, blah week...in progress. Just be sure and keep your guard up at all times, you never know when the unexpected will test you. Be sure and give yourself a nice reward too.
Stay strong Pappy.

Congratulations!!! Thats so fantastic. Your family must be so proud of you. Isnt it an amazing feeling to not be poisoning yourself anymore. I was becoming quite worried about my health so its such a relief to know youre not doing anything to compromise it anymore.  Soldier on and reward yourself for your 2 week milestone.

It's still hard for me to comprehend that I am actually 14 days without a single cigarette. WOW 14 DAYS. No more planning every moment around when and how I will have a smoke. It's so great to be free again. Sure there have been challenges over the last 14 days but my approach has been one of taking it in small steps vs. thinking about how I will feel about it tomorrow. One minute, one hour, one day at a time.
