Hi Timbo,

Congratulations on your decision to quit and on racking up all those days of freedom.

I had a similar "ah-ha" when I realized that the intense physical cravings would stop after 3 days of no nicotine. Like you, I thought along the lines of, "Wow. I wish someone had told me it was this simple."

Glad to see you here with your positive attitude. Let us know if you need anything.

I everyone,
I have been a pack-a-day smoker for over 37 years and decided to quit this year. I am trying "the patch" and it seems to be working out a lot better than I thought it would. If I'd known it was going to be this easy I would have quit years ago. For me the patch works and I would recommend it's use to anyone that's thinking of quitting. It's cheaper than smoking now due to all of the "sin" taxes. Good luck to everyone thinking of quitting, and congrats to everyone that has quit.
