Hi Lucy! Welcome to heaven! Anything that you experience in the next few days, weeks, months, years..whether it is physically, emotionally or psychologically, someone here has been through it as well and will be able to help! As you can see, I'm a newbie in my quit but I'm an oldie to the site! Best of luck!

Hey Lucy!!!!

You're really doing great so far!!!  Just remember NOPE and you CAN do this!!!   If you can find little ways to distract yourself when you get the cravings you'll do great !!   It's all about distractions and rewarding yourself!!!  Your brain really needs the rewards early on in your quit, so don't just depend on ice water and carrots!!!  My big daily reward in the beginning was ice cream....    A BIG BOWL!!!   Oh, and of course the SSC was my main distractions for the first....  well, the first 3 months!!!   SO, read and post and have some ice cream and  you'll do fine!
