Welcome to the board. Many people here who have used a variety of ways to quit. {I myself went cold-turkey.}
This is a great group. Very supportive and encouraging. Also, work the program in your glove box. It does help. Drink lots of cold water. It helps flush the toxins from your system. Also, read the posts here. ALOT of experience posted in these threads. There could be just the tip you need!
Just remember, that each day DOES get better! You can do this!
