Well I'm here and not smoking! My second day. Thank you so much for the warm welcome. I've been reading and reading all the posts and found it to be very helpfull. I've had a few cravings seems to be more of a habit so I changed what I was doing - when possible - couldn't get out of the car and not drive! I went to the gym last night and did my treadmill for 20 minutes, up 5 minutes from last week. I'm also dieting at the same time, well I started my diet two weeks ago - down 11 pounds - 39 to go. Came to a decision with my reward for 6 months of not smoking - a weekend getaway spa with my girlfriend. My husband is being very supportive. He's a smoker, when I got up on Monday morning (my first day) he had cleaning all the ashtrays and hid all the smokes. When I got home he didn't smoke in front of me - went to the office area. He's also hypnotising me for the smoking which is very helpful. Been doing the same for the weight loss too. All in all I'm doing ok.
