Panic/Anxiety Questions

Hi Kristin,

What you are describing could be related to severe anxiety but I agree with Joshb063 about talking to your primary. I think it's very important to talk to your doctor about how you are feeling so she/he can rule out any other possible causes.

Let us know what you find out.

Very possible that it is caused from panic. Wouldn't be a bad thing to go see your primary doctor and let them take some blood work and tell them your symptoms. I was recently told that i had a high thyroid level and that has been causing my anxiety and panic. Ive been put on medicine to help normalize my thryoid levels.

Do any of you wake up in the morning feeling awful(as in dizzy,foggy-headed). It takes me hours to get going. Is this part of panic or something else? Uh. and I get dizzy in movie theaters, church, and while driving. It's horrible :(
