Thanks chickstarr and Casey for the posts
Your posts make sense, it is so itchy so i thought i might have bugs there  as i said i looked and its not really dry either.
Thanks for the knowledge about the carbon monoxide leaving casey--it makes sense.. Is carbon monoxide crossing brain and barrier casey??
actually filling up in the brain too?? hope you understand my question??
The dizziness make also sense, but its annoying feels like im going to pass out, scared to drive car actually, and feels really weird
"swaying here and there" sort of
What about forgetfulness?? I have today realised i forget things!
Is that also normal??

I now got an understanding why im soooo Lightheaded and dizzy today and how long i may experience this.
Its a frightening experience and not very pleasant.
Im scared to drive when this happen and at work i forget and people looking at me like i got dementia or something.
Having really short memory and concentration is of a concern to me together with feeling everything is spinning around!
I have also developed a such itchy and tender scalp, and have a light constant headache.

DARCY YOU CAN DO THIS!!!
DO NOT GIVE IN--Stay with us--your support group!!
I have done that so many times so i lost my self-esteem totally thought i can never give up--Have even picked up OTHER Peoples butts from the ground! Then back again--puffin away--sad, emotional, angry for giving in.
Think.. This cigarettes are STUPID they give us a fix for a short time only--> making us believing they keep us calm!! NO NO
They are expensive> probably genetically engineered so the tobacco companies can get more $$$ knowing we are hooked like junkies..
DO NOT GIVE IN!!!

Hi
I am dizzy too
and went and asked the Doc as I take Zyban if it was related?
He believes it has to do with more Oxygen to the brain, and as supporter Josie says has to do with carbon monoxide,
As i hasnt been dizzy for the 2 weeks i taken the zyban.
Congrats on your decision to quit!
