What a rough time you've had. You hasve done the right thing exactly by quitting again, and also coming here. It's not that it's easy on any of us, but the difference the people here make to each other is that spirits are high, encouragement is overflowing and basically we keep each other lifted up if you know what I mean.
It has made ALL the difference to my quit, and to most others who post here.

Veggy soup made from chopped veg: 1/2 turnip, 1 med onion, 1 sweet potato, 1 clove garlic, 1/4 of a white cabbage, 2 veg stock cubes and 2 1/2 pints water. Boil then simmer till veggies are soft, then use blender to make into a smooth soup.
It's slightly sweet and has virtually no fat and is loaded with good stuff. Works great for munchie cravings, both sweet and savoury...
