I dont think any post is aimed at you personally but everyone in general because we all have doubts at times. I also think its the junkie in you talking, trying to tell you its ok to smoke because everyone is picking on you. DONT let that junkie talk get to you, tell him NO NO NO you are not going to smoke and all the wonderful people on here are helping you. Take it 1 min at a time and you will make it.
Its not easy but its worth it!!

When I tried to quit years ago I quit drinking coffee and switched to tea. Now this time I quit drinking tea and havent picked up anything else. My taste buds certainly changed for that.
Chocolate taste buds never change though :)

When Idecided to quit Iwas worried about gaining weight too. I started with snacking on veggies and bought low sugar candies to suck on. I waked 2 miles in the morn and 2 at tnight, plus I biked or exercised when I could and I actually lost weight. You dont have togain when you quit if you really work at it.
Congratulations on deciding to quit, you are making a very wise decision. Read and post here all you can, it really helps.

My advice would be to remember that the stress will be there, smoking or not. The stress does NOT go away after a smoke and now you feel even worse because you have blown a great quit!!!
