First day!

Welcome to the SSC. If you haven't done the quit program here on the left of this page do try it, theres some very helpfull info there. Read and post here all you can, the support back is awesome. Have your coping skills handy at all times, this is a long journey but one that is so worth while. Don't be afraid to ask for help here, theres usually someone around that will help you. Make up your mind you are going to quit and dont let that nico demon try to talk you into smoking, he's very sneaky. Its not easy but its worth it!
