Congratulations on a great decision and welcome to the rest of your life. Sounds like you have some good plans in motion for your quit and thats good. Read and post here all you can, the support is awesome. Watching TV and cleaning are both good ideas, anything to keep you busy. I used a walkman and listened to music, the music in my ears seemed to soothe me. But whatever method you use just dont smoke.
Its not easy but its worth it!

Okay, here it is, folks: the NEW Daily Diet Watch. Not improved, because the other one was so great, but shorter...won't take as long to load onto my poor decrepit computer.
We old folks know the routine, so here it is for our new guests: if you're trying to lose weight or not gain weight, eat better, learn new things about food...all as a part of your quit...please join us.

I know allot of people on here have complained about similar problems, but I would definatley go see the Dr. Our health is nothing to fool with now that we are not smokers and are so healthy.

Try drinking orange juice, it will help keep the sugar levels up and isnt quite so many calories. You can do this, keep up the good work. I bought low sugar werthers candies and they helped my food craving, I knew I couldnt really be all that hungry so I would grab one of them and then try to find something to occupy my mind.

I think you are the same as most of us on here. We all wonder if we quit too late, but you can't let it get the best of you. Keep a positive outlook on the testing that it is just a precaution and you are going to be ok. Try not to dwell on it, (I know that is really hard) but you can't change anything now by worrying and getting yourself more upset. Hang in there, it will get better.

This seems to happen to allot of us around the 30 day quit. Maybe the newness of the quit is wearing off or whatever it may be. Stay strong and use your skills to keep them at bay, they will pass again. Drink lots of water and take deep breaths. Read and post, you will find you are not alone in this.
Check out the weight loss thread here, theres allot of us there trying to lose weight and the support is awesome. Its called the daily diet watch IV
By all means, whine all you want, you have been through allot this month and have earned the right to whine.
Congratulations on your 25 days quit.
