Congrats on coming back and not giving up---I have never quit for as long as 9 months--40 days right now my longest quit--so I would say that was an outstanding practice quit and will only get better now!
Glad to see you made it too, Jack! I have to agree with you and Breather--this sixth week has been the hardest for me as well. But we are getting through it!
Hey Jim! Thanks for all of your support!!! Sadly, I have not even noticed an increase in my cash flow since quitting---my kids are so good at spending my money that I still have none! Oh well---at least I can breathe in the fresh air now...as long as it's free....
You are doing great, Red!!! I understand---I think this sixth week has been as hard as the first, I have had more temptations and cravings this week than ever, but I am staying strong, or at least not smoking. I am here for you, Red!!! Keep on truckin!!!
