Chops,attitude is the key.Get pass the first 3-4 days and its a mindgame then.Keep yourself busy doing the same things you normally do, but dont smoke,thats all there is to it.Drink water and chew gum,candies or your favorite snacks.Keep a good supply on hand for those rough times.YOU CAN DO THIS,ITS EASY... Yes ,I quit taking it because it upset my stomach and I couldnt sleep.I had a 20 day quit going after smoking over 30 yrs.I slipped and smoked a few cigs,one is too many .However I have stared back taking it and will continue as it worked well in stopping me from smoking.I should have not stopped using it,Iwas only on my 3rd week of it,and was doing well/

All Day Long

Thanks for the support guys,I made it thru,no smokes. Now let me, tell you guys something funny !!! My work requires that you could be randomly drug tested any time,well last thursday they tested me .My results were to clean or diluted they called it. So,they made me take another one today. I have been drinking so much water ,I quessed I flushed everything out,I dont do drugs ,other than a aspirin once in awhile. Is this not hilarious or what !!!!!

MOTIVATIONS FOR QUITTING

I quit so my wife would give me more KISSES,I should have quit long ago. I sure missed alot of those sweet kisses,because she disliked the butt smell.KISSES,WHAT A MOTIVATOR !!!!!!I will never smoke again...
