quitting soon

HI Pattie,I used chantix myself and it is a great help.I had days myself that I was angry and irritated. The main thing is to have a good attitude about quitting, set your mind to accept that you DONOT SMOKE.If,you can do this you will succeed, this deadly habit is a mindgame, eliminate it from your mind and chantix will eliminate the rest.YOU CAN DO IT !!!!! Stopping smoking is addictive

I find this a surprize, several of my co-workers are questioning me about, how I have stopped smoking. They are all heavy ,longtime smokers. Its just great that stopping smoking has this effect on fellow smokers.I have done great on my quit since 3/15/07 as I have slipped about a pack total. However Iam totally committed now and will not smoke again.Several are working on their first week with chantix ,and several are ready to get it and get started.I think this is a added beneifit to stopping smoking,it makes me feel good about my quit.
