I'll add to that reward list
Calvin Klein Euphoria perfume YUMMY! - a little bit of heaven in a bottle. Reaped the rewards of that as soon as my husband (who quit with me) got a smell of that, I got the best HUG there ever was. Hmmmmm. Ok, nuf said.

Happy for you! Glad you're Dad is wise to the ways of what makes a person a little bit crazy and confused while quitting. You're in a great place mentally with support of family and friends here at SSC. The physical part will heal itself it just takes a little bit of time and patience (I live there right now). LIFE IS GOOD - and not cooking is good too. Great advice for everyone, especially for those who are EXPECTED to cook.
Duckie 067 - just keep swimming, it's all about YOU right now.

Hey Chico,
You've got your head on straight, you know the "excuses" to go back to smoking add up to a BIG nothing. You are missing nothing but bad things. 51 days is bangin!!!!!! Maybe it's just time for a reward and a REFRESH on reasons why you quit. For me, it was the fact that I wanted to breathe and not feel like I was 75! I felt lazy sitting around smoking when I used to be a HUGE workout queen who ate veggies and worked on ME. Then I got stupid and started to smoke because I had a boyfriend at the time that did. Keep the part of you that says "I cannot touch another cigarette as long as I live" posted where you can see it. We're all addicts like Lady said and it's a battle that is now with us every day were on earth. I am going to be a WINNER today. Just one day at a time. You had your thoughts and the nicodemon harassing you, now it's Chico's turn to tell e'm whos BOSS. Keep up your fabulous track record!!!!!!!!!

Cuddles,
Sorry to hear about what happened. But you can't go back and change things, you can only go forward with determination and wanting to make the changes turn in your favor for the future. You've got the spirit in you to do this - and it shows. Ya know you have our support and good wishes for you with the new quit. Glad you're back here at SSC.

GREAT JOB SO FAR keep up the great work (and it is work!) You're headed down the right path NON SMOKER! I'm with you, I cannot deal with the way people smell on the elevator with me after they have smoked outside the office bldg. Thank you TO ME & SSC that I am no longer the person making people curl their lips up at!!!
