I get this too! Once I figured out what it was it made it way less scary. I find I get it more often when I over sleep. Did you notice that too?
I used to do this all the time! I do it a lot less now. But it took some practice that is for sure! How are you doing with it?

I am new too. :) :) I just started the program myself but I have been trying to manage my anxiety for ages. I am hoping this helps.
The fear of dying is the WORST. I have not been able to challenge this fear but to be honest I haven't tried that hard either...Has anyone else tried?
I have the same thing. I find when I really think about it I can pin point what may be making me feel anxious. I find it is usually a combination of things. Not just one thing.

For me deep breathing and positive self talk helps when about to have a panic attack. I also remind myself that if I have an attack they don't last forever. I would love to hear what other people do
