Hearing my name called when I wake up

I get this too! Once I figured out what it was it made it way less scary. I find I get it more often when I over sleep. Did you notice that too?

How to challenge negative thoughts that could be true?

The fear of dying is the WORST. I have not been able to challenge this fear but to be honest I haven't tried that hard either...Has anyone else tried?

Unknown fears - how to combat?

I have the same thing. I find when I really think about it I can pin point what may be making me feel anxious. I find it is usually a combination of things. Not just one thing.

How do you prevent a panic attack?

For me deep breathing and positive self talk helps when about to have a panic attack. I also remind myself that if I have an attack they don't last forever. I would love to hear what other people do
