Repply to Whisper : I am not on any medication at all. My experience has been similar to yours. Side effects, withdrawal effects etc. etc. have been too painful; and the reality for me it has been that the panick attacks/sintoms have been there with or without medication. I still question in my mind if I should try "Paxil ", but I don't think I will. For now Relaxation and breathing exercises along with CBT therapy are helping a lot....... and if you are a "Believer"........ PRAY A LOT........it works !!!
