Perimenopause and Panic Disorder

Dear Dawn, I don't have any answers, but can totally relate to your issue. I am 43 and have been experiencing panic since 30. Since the birth of my daughter actually. I am on 20mg paxil, not working as well this time. I got off it about 6 months ago because I wanted to try and cope without drugs-not. Now I am going back to the doctor to see if I can take something else. My OBGYN says maybe a beta-blocker (because I have MVP) might assist the paxil. I don't know, I just wish I could be a little bit more on the normal side of things these days. I'm trying this program to see if any of the techniques will work. I just started session II. So still have along way to go. Good luck with your quest. If something else does come your way, let me know. Thanks
