I quit yesterday!!

Thanks for the encouragement Tim!!

I already read most of "My Program info".

I also read the Allen Carr book, and also a Dutch one on the subject.

I am quitting with the help of Cytisine, a bit like Chantix but with hardly any side effects.

Three sentences beginning with"I" seems a bit egocentric but maybe that's necessary
to introduce yourself properly....

I quit yesterday!!

Thanks Timbo for the encougement!!

I am using Cytisine under the name of Tabex.

It's a natural product derived from the plant Laburnum.

It's made by Sopharma, a respected Bulgarian firm : https://www.sopharma.com/

In Eastern Europe it's quite commonly used to help people quit smoking.

The drug works like Chantix but with no side effects. Chantix (Varenicline )

was originally based on Cytisine.

And for the "almost 3 days" I quit, it seems to work.

I don't have any real cravings but instead I think

"Normally I would smoke now."....and that

several times a day of course.... stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye
